- Check air line filters for buildup of water or oil
- Check gun air pressure with gauge (5.5 - 6.5 Bar)
Pump
- Use appropriate gauge to check pump insert for wear
- Examine pump interior for damage. Clean red and black connectors
- Check, and replace (if needed) O-rings on both pump and hose connectors
Gun
- Clear powder hoses from residue
- Clean gun, and inspect nozzle for wear or shape warpage
- Clean residue from gun tube with correct brush
- Reassemble gun and connect to unit
Powder Booth
- Check static pressure gauge reading per manufacturer’s specifications
- Inspect cartridge to confirm solenoid function

Quarterly Maintenance (Pumps)
- Replace red and black connector filters
- Inspect O-Rings and replace if needed
- Ensure office areas are free of blockage

Bi-Annual Maintenance (Powder Booth)
- Examine final filter, checking for foreign matter
- Inspect blower wheel cone and drive assembly
- Blow out the static pressure hoses
