I am Julia Earley, and this summer I had the opportunity to work as a digital marketing intern at OTC Industrial Technologies. Like many other juniors in college, last fall I was on the hunt to find the best internship experience I could find. That is when I found OTC on LinkedIn. When I first applied to OTC’s college internship program, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. I had some foundational understanding from business classes in college at Illinois State University, but no prior experience in a corporate setting. I wanted a marketing internship that would challenge me to learn and give me the opportunity to fully dive into real marketing work for my future career after graduation.
